How We Work
A disciplined path from notice to recovery.
Each stage is documented, proportionate and chosen around the commercial objective.
See the full process →01
Assess & Trace
We review your invoices, contracts and correspondence, verify the debtor's standing, and trace attachable assets before a rupee is spent on litigation.
02
Notice & Negotiate
A properly drafted legal notice is served and followed up. A large share of B2B dues settle at this stage — amicably, and without court time.
03
File & Enforce
Where the debtor stays silent, we file — Section 138, summary suit, arbitration or NCLT — matched to the ticket size and the paperwork available.
04
Recover & Report
Attachment, execution and realisation, with written status updates at every stage until the money reaches your account.

Why us
What working with us looks like
Recovery-only focus
Our practice is built around money owed to businesses — notices, cheque bounce complaints, summary suits, arbitration, DRT and NCLT. That narrow focus is why matters move faster.
Settlement before litigation
Court is a tool, not a reflex. We attempt a documented, time-bound settlement first, because a cheque in ninety days beats a decree in three years.
Written cost clarity
The fee for each stage, and the court and statutory expenses at actuals, are agreed in writing before any work begins. No surprise invoices mid-matter.
Reporting you can forward
Every account carries a written status note your finance team can drop straight into a board pack or an audit file.

Frequently asked
Before you call
A client or company owes me money and won't pay — what can I do?+
Start with a properly drafted legal notice setting out the computation, the due date and the consequence of non-payment. A large share of commercial dues settle at this stage. Where the debtor stays silent, we escalate to a summary suit, a Section 138 complaint, arbitration or an NCLT petition depending on the paperwork and the amount involved.
Can money be recovered without going to court?+
Very often, yes. A properly drafted and served legal notice resolves a large share of commercial dues. We attempt amicable settlement first and litigate only when the other side does not respond.
What documents do I need to start a recovery or dispute matter?+
Invoices, purchase orders or the contract, the ledger or account statement, delivery proof, and any email or WhatsApp correspondence confirming the dues. Dishonoured cheques and the bank return memo help considerably.
What can I do if a vendor or supplier takes an advance and doesn't deliver?+
Send a formal demand for refund or performance within a fixed timeline, and preserve the purchase order, payment proof and all correspondence. If the vendor stays unresponsive, a summary suit under Order XXXVII CPC or a criminal complaint for breach of trust is usually the fastest route, depending on the facts.
